Gail Chaloupka is founder of HRMS and has over 20 years experience in key human resource positions with multinational companies of over 10,000 employees.  She is a generalist with experience in all areas of HR as well as a specialist with in-depth experience and knowledge in specific functional areas.  She has planned and led the development of almost every type of HR program.

Gail holds a lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.  She has been a human resources consultant since 1993.

 

The Human Resource Association of Treasure Valley recognized Gail as its Professional of the Year for 2000.  Her award acknowledged "her significant contributions to the field of human resources management and its importance in the workplace today, her vision and her commitment to excellence."

 

Gail has written over 140 articles on human resources issues for the Idaho Business Review in the column Working and regularly appeared on NBC Channel 7's Working segment for over five years.  She received her BA degree at the University of California, Berkeley, and MA degree from Tufts University.
